it's a mix of both - kind of like being able to drive a chevy really well, then getting lessons on how to drive a big kenworth, and the trucker guy complimenting you on your driving skills. if i lived here in spokane, i'd have a job with them. i would totally give my left nut to have for 2 weeks the run of the place, one still, one fermenter, and 2200 liters of apple juice.
and tory asked me almost the same exact question about feeling validated. after this, i'll be able to walk into a place fearlessly and take control - sunday morning when i left to come here, i would not have been so fearless.
