i had to laugh

one of the neighbor kids just hopped the fence to look for his wayward ball.
he landed right in some dog crap. a few seconds later the sprinkler got him. while he was trying to get out of the sprinkler's range, more dog crap. then the sprinkler got him again. he couldn't find his ball either.

the corner of the yard he landed in is where our dog does all of her business. it's like a minefield. and his ball - the weeping willow got it. it'll probably never be seen again.

Reminds me of when my youngest was two and she jumped straight into a pile of chicken shit. I still remember the look of surprise on her face.
