it's a mix of both - kind of like being able to drive a chevy really well, then getting lessons on how to drive a big kenworth, and the trucker guy complimenting you on your driving skills. if i lived here in spokane, i'd have a job with them. i would totally give my left nut to have for 2 weeks the run of the place, one still, one fermenter, and 2200 liters of apple juice.
